Following on from the quarantine exemptions for selected industries announced earlier this week, there’s now further good news for UK business travellers with the unveiling of a new Services Mobility Agreement with Switzerland.
The wide-ranging deal will allow UK professionals and other service workers to travel freely to and from Switzerland, and to work there visa-free for up to 90 days a year. While building on the existing trade deal between the two countries – due to begin on 1st January 2021 – it will also help support trade across a wide spectrum of industries vital to the UK economy, including finance, consultancy, legal services, tech and the creative industries.
