Booking Fee Proposal from Lufthansa Group

Lufthansa Group recently announced that, from 01 September 2015, it will be applying a surcharge of 16 for all reservations made via Global Distributions Systems (GDS).

All UK travel management companies, including Wexas, utilise the GDS to handle reservations and provide eTickets. Additionally, the GDS enables us to manage your organisation’s travel policy and traveller preferences whilst providing client services such as management information, traveller tracking - and more.

Rest assured, the high quality service we deliver will remain unchanged. We will continue to provide you with travel options meeting your business needs that are time and cost effective. These suggestions will include the Lufthansa Group (Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, Swiss) where appropriate, and the total charge will encompass any surcharge this group imposes.

Should you have any questions or observation please contact your Wexas travel consultant or Account Manager.
